1. The Guardian 100 is the top 100 most powerful people in the media industry. Each candidate is judges upon three sections, their cultural, economic and political influence in the UK.
There are 10 Panellists who judge the top 100, these are;

Peter Bennett- Jones - founder and chairman of Tiger Aspect Group
Brent Hoberman - founder and executive chairman of website mydeco
Tessa Jowell - Minister of London Olympics
Siobhan Kenny - Director of communications at publisher Hyper Collins UK
Andrew Neil - Publisher of Barclay brothers
Trevor Phillips - Chair of equality and human rights commission
Chris Powell - Chairman of Nesta
Janine Gibson - Executive editor of guardian.co.uk
Jane Martinson - Editor of mediaguardian
2. The amount of women is the top 100 is 21.
Clearly this is not even a quater of the top 100 demonstarting patriachal values.
